TODOROKI™ SINGLE TITANIUM Made-to-Order Full Titanium Single-Exit Exhaust|BMW M3 F80 / M4 F82/F83 (S55)
The S55 is a 3.0-litre twin-turbo straight-six — the M engine that preceded the S58, fitted to the M3 F80 and M4 F82/F83. It combines a 7,600rpm limit with a rev-out that stays clean despite forced induction. The factory exhaust, though, is designed to deliberately suppress sound pressure through its silencers. The engine has the character, but the exhaust note alone falls short. This is the source of the first disappointment most owners notice on the F80 / F82.
The TODOROKI™ SINGLE TITANIUM replaces everything downstream of the catalytic converter withTitanium single-exitA cat-back exhaust system that replaces it with the above.A configuration without a valved exhaust, built with circuit driving in mindThis is the case. Pursuing only weight reduction and exhaust efficiency, it's the most stripped-down, focused grade in the TODOROKI™ lineup.
This productMade to orderThis is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, we build one unit exactly to your chosen specification.
Titanium has a density of about 4.5, versus stainless steel's approximately 7.9—is only a little over halfMade in the same shape, this alone significantly reduces weight.
Furthermore, this product1.2 mm wall thicknessThat's the figure. Since TODOROKI™'s stainless steel grades use 1.5mm wall thickness, lighter in both material density and wall thicknessThis is the result. Because titanium's high strength allows thinner walls, this works as a double weight saving.
The exhaust is a component mounted at the very rear of the car.Even at the same weight, the impact on handling is greater than if it were mounted at the centre of the caris positioned there. This is a part that affects both front-rear weight distribution and the moment of inertia at play when cornering.
The sound quality also changes. Titanium, compared to stainless steel,The top end extends furtherthere's a tendency for the same structure to produce a different resonance. The surface isMirror Finish, and as heat builds up, straw colouring appears around the welds.
This product has no valve. This isn't a cut feature, but ratherDesign built around circuit driving.
A valved exhaust is a mechanism for switching volume, but the trade-off isMoving parts and electronics are placed partway along the exhaust path. The valve body, the actuator, the wiring, the controller — all of them sit in a location constantly exposed to heat and vibration, andthe resulting weight comes to.
If you are choosing titanium to save weight, there is no reason to carry that mechanism. In a system without a valve, there is no moving part and no electronics to begin with. There's nothing to fail, no wiring is needed, and it's lighter as a result. There is nothing in the exhaust path that blocks the flow.
In return,There's no option to drive quietly. The volume is the same at cold start as it is through a residential street. If the car is mostly used on the road and you want to change the volume to suit, choose TODOROKI™ VALVE RS TITANIUM.
The factory M3 F80 / M4 F82, F83 use a quad-exit layout. This product takes thisA configuration that consolidates into a single exit.
Changing the number of tips is not simply a design change.the length of the exhaust path, the weight at the rear of the car, and the directionality of the sound all change. With no split or merge across the car, gas exits by the shortest possible route. Where a quad-exit system scatters sound to either side, a single exit releases it from one point — and the note reads as concentrated.
For pipe diameter, the main pipe is3 in. (approx. 76mm), the tip is4 inches or 4.5 inches. A configuration that releases sound from a single point through a wide tip.
The problem that tends to surface on a valveless system is drone at a cruise. Low frequencies build inside the cabin at certain engine speeds, and over a long drive that becomes fatiguing.
This productA structure designed with suppressing drone as its goalThat's the idea. Rather than lowering the volume, the approach targets and treats only the frequency band that builds up inside the cabin, andEnsures practicality without sacrificing exhaust efficiency.
- Titanium Exhaust Path: Compared to stainless steel, the high frequencies tend to extend further, so even with the same structure, the sound changes
- An exhaust path with no moving parts: Since there is no valve, nothing obstructs the exhaust path. The exhaust follows the same path across the entire rev range
- Single-exit: Consolidates the outlets into a single exit. This fundamentally changes the rear-end impression compared with the factory quad-exit layout
- 3 in. Main Pipe: Guides exhaust to the silencer while maintaining flow velocity
- Cat-back Structure: The factory catalytic converter is left in place, replacing only the section downstream of it. As it uses the factory hanger positions, no modification to the vehicle is required
Welding isHigh-temperature TIG WeldingTitanium becomes brittle when exposed to air during welding, making it a material that demands even more rigorous workmanship than stainless steel.Every unit is inspected before shipping.
Each part is shaped to match the contours of the car, andUses the factory hanger positions as-isThis is done. No welding or modification to the car body is required.
We offer 6 grades for the M3 F80 / M4 F82 & F83 (S55).With or without a valved exhaustandNumber of Tips, andMaterialplease choose accordingly.
| Grade | Price | What's Included, and Who It's For |
|---|---|---|
| TODOROKI™ SINGLE | ¥199,800 | No valve, Z-pipe equal-length, single-exit. Made from SUS304 stainless steel. A standard-material version built on the same concept as this product |
| TODOROKI™ VALVE RS Equal-Length Mid-Pipe | ¥219,800 | Equal-length design, quad-exit, valved exhaust. For those who want to switch volume while keeping the same number of tips as stock |
| TODOROKI™ VALVE RS STRAIGHT | ¥219,800 | Straight mid-pipe, single exit on the left side, valved |
| TODOROKI™ VALVE RS Z-Pipe Equal-Length | ¥279,800 | Z-pipe equal-length mid-pipe + valved exhaust, 4 tips. The top-of-range stainless grade |
| TODOROKI™ SINGLE TITANIUM | ¥289,800 | This product. No valve, single-exit, full titanium. For those who prioritise weight reduction and exhaust efficiency above all |
| TODOROKI™ VALVE RS TITANIUM | ¥339,800 | Equal-length mid-pipe, 4-tip, made from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V). Choose from 5 titanium finishes |
The difference between the two titanium grades isValved exhaust or not, and number of tips. If the car mostly runs on track and weight comes first, this is the one. If it mostly runs on the road and you want to switch the volume, choose VALVE RS TITANIUM.
SINGLE TITANIUM chases two things only: lightness and flow. There is no valve, no moving part — everything goes into material and construction. The silencer body features the TODOROKI™ logo. As a brand, we apply this to every product regardless of price point.
Focusing exclusively on BMW lets us share jigs and validation processes across products, and reading demand chassis by chassis removes the losses that come with small-batch production. Optimising every stage — administration, manufacturing and shipping — is what makes this price possible.
TODOROKI™ is made to order, one car's worth at a time, in partnership with our production facility. Fabrication begins once your order is confirmed, and BIMMER+ selects and inspects every specification before dispatch.

BMW M3 F80 / M4 F82 & F83 (S55)Purpose-built design.
BIMMER+ organises its collections by chassis code. Search from your own chassis and only the parts that fit will appear. Model year, trim and prior modifications may mean some adjustment is needed at fitting, so please ask before you buy if anything is unclear.
The listed priceShipping, customs duties, and customs clearance fees are all included. There are no additional costs after the product arrives.
Exhausts are bulky and heavy, and shipping alone runs to around ¥20,000. Some sellers bill freight and domestic forwarding separately from the product price; BIMMER+ quotes one all-inclusive figure.
After your purchase, be sure to"Vehicle model / year / VIN" via our contact form. Even if you do not want any customisation, please still get in touch so we can identify your car.
Removing and installing the exhaust requires specialised tools and a lift. We strongly recommend installation by a workshop or pro shop with the relevant expertise.
This product has no valve, so no wiring work is needed. On cars with a factory valve, however, removing it may trigger a warning light, in which case a canceller or similar solution will be required.
As these are built to order, shipping after order confirmation typically takes2–4 weeks. Customisation, production and logistics can push this beyond the stated period. If you are working to a deadline, talk to us before ordering.
- This product has no valved exhaust, so volume cannot be reduced. Please check your usage environment before choosing.
- Titanium's surface colour changes with heat. Discolouration around the welds is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
- Depending on the vehicle's condition, year, and modification history, additional adjustment may be required at installation.
- Exhaust parts are wear items. Please check regularly for exhaust leaks.
