1. 利用規約 (Japanese)

この利用規約（以下，「本規約」といいます。）は，BImmer+（以下，「当店」といいます。）が提供するオンラインショップサービス（以下，「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さま（以下，「ユーザー」といいます。）には，本規約に従って，本サービスをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は，ユーザーと当店との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（利用登録・注文）

登録希望者が当店の定める方法によって利用登録を申請し，または商品の購入手続きを行った時点で，本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
当店は，申請者に以下の事由があると判断した場合，利用登録または注文を承認しないことがあり，その理由については一切の開示義務を負わないものとします。（1）登録や注文に際して虚偽の事項を届け出た場合（2）本規約に違反したことがある者からの申請である場合（3）その他，当店が利用登録や取引を相当でないと判断した場合

第3条（商品の発送と適合確認）

当店の商品は、お客様に安定した品質を提供するため、提携する倉庫で検品をしてから発送されます。
お届けまでの目安は通常2〜4週間ですが、物流状況、天候、通関、各国の情勢等により遅延が生じる場合があります。これら不可抗力による配送遅延を理由とした注文のキャンセルは一切お受けできません。
商品の車両への適合（フィッティング）確認は、ユーザーの自己責任となります。適合不一致を理由とする返品・返金には応じられません。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは，本サービスの利用にあたり，以下の行為をしてはなりません。（1）法令、公序良俗、または本規約に違反する行為（2）当店のサーバーやネットワークの機能を破壊・妨害する行為（3）当店のコンテンツ（画像、テキスト等）を無断で転載、複製する行為（4）虚偽の情報を用いて注文や決済を行う行為（5）その他，当店が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（免責事項）

当店は、商品の取り付け作業中に発生した車両の破損、事故、怪我、または工賃等の付随的費用について、一切の責任を負いません。 商品の取り付けは、必ず専門知識を有する業者へ依頼することを強く推奨します。
当店の債務不履行責任は，当店の故意または重過失によらない場合には免責されるものとします。
当店は，何らかの理由によって責任を負う場合にも，通常生じうる損害の範囲内かつ当該注文の商品代金額を上限としてのみ賠償の責任を負うものとします。

第6条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては，日本法を準拠法とします。
本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には，当店の所在地を管轄する裁判所（東京地方裁判所）を専属的合意管轄とします。

2. Terms of Service (English)

Section 1 - Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the BImmer+ online store. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 2 - Orders and Registration

We reserve the right to refuse any order or registration if: (1) False information is provided. (2) There is a history of terms violations. (3) We deem the transaction inappropriate for any other reason.

Section 3 - Shipping and Product Fitment

All products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses to ensure efficient logistics.
Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, logistics, or other external factors. Cancellations due to shipping delays will not be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify product fitment before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or returns for fitment errors.

Section 4 - Prohibited Acts

Users are prohibited from: (1) Violating laws or public order. (2) Interfering with our server or network operations. (3) Unauthorized use of our content (images, text, etc.). (4) Providing false payment information.

Section 5 - Limitation of Liability

BImmer+ is not liable for any vehicle damage, accidents, injuries, or labor costs incurred during or after product installation. Professional installation is highly recommended.
Our liability shall be limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
In any event, our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the specific product ordered.
