Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the online shop service (the "Service") provided by BIMMER+ ("we", "us" or "the Store"). All users of the Service ("Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to every relationship between Users and the Store concerning the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Registration and orders)

  1. An applicant is deemed to have agreed to these Terms when they apply for registration by the method we specify or complete a purchase.

  2. We may decline a registration or an order if we determine that any of the following applies, and we are under no obligation to disclose the reason: (1) False information was provided at registration or when ordering (2) The application comes from a person who has previously violated these Terms (3) We otherwise determine that the registration or transaction is not appropriate

Article 3 (Shipping and fitment)

  1. To provide consistent quality, our products are inspected at a partner warehouse before shipping.

  2. Delivery within Japan usually takes 2–4 weeks; delivery times to other countries depend on the destination and the product and are shown on each product page. Delays may occur because of logistics, weather, customs or conditions in each country. We cannot accept any cancellation on the grounds of delivery delays caused by such events beyond our control.

  3. Checking that a product fits the vehicle is the User's own responsibility. We cannot accept returns or refunds on the grounds of incorrect fitment.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, Users must not: (1) Act in violation of laws, public order and morals, or these Terms (2) Damage or interfere with the functions of our servers or network (3) Reproduce or republish our content (images, text, etc.) without permission (4) Place orders or make payments using false information (5) Engage in any other conduct we consider inappropriate

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. We accept no liability for vehicle damage, accidents or injuries that occur while a product is being installed, or for incidental costs such as labour. We strongly recommend having products installed by a qualified professional.

  2. We are exempt from liability for non-performance unless it results from our intent or gross negligence.

  3. Even where we are liable for any reason, our liability is limited to damages that would ordinarily arise, up to the price of the products in the order concerned.

Article 6 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

  2. Any dispute concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our location (the Tokyo District Court).
