Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations: Once an item has been shipped, cancellations, returns, or refunds due to customer reasons (fitment errors, change of mind, ordering mistakes, etc.) will not be accepted.
Defective Items: In the event of an initial defect or incorrect shipment, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement with a good unit. Refunds will be issued only when replacement stock cannot be secured. *Items reported after 4 days from delivery, or items that show any signs of installation or use, are not eligible for support.
Return Shipping: In the case of initial defects or incorrect shipments, return shipping costs will be covered by our store. Please contact us in advance and return the item only according to our instructions.
