Affiliate Programme Terms

Last updated: 15 April 2026

Article 1 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below.

  • "We" or "us" means BIMMER+ (operated by Media Container, Inc.).
  • "Affiliate" means an individual or entity approved to participate in this programme.
  • "Coupon code" means the unique discount code we issue to an Affiliate.
  • "Commission" means the payment made to an Affiliate in respect of purchases made using their coupon code.

Article 2 (Joining the programme)

Participation requires an application through the designated form, followed by our review and approval. We reserve the right to decline an application without disclosing our reasons.

Persons under 18 may not participate in this programme.

Article 3 (Commission rates)

Commission rates are set by product category as follows.

  • Group A (steering wheels / exterior and interior parts / tail lights / Android display Plus and Pro / exhausts / digital clusters): Standard 10% / Premium 15%
  • Group B (headlights / Android display Ultra): Standard 7% / Premium 10%

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after the coupon code has been applied.

We reserve the right to change commission rates without prior notice. Revised rates apply to new orders placed on or after the date of the change.

Article 4 (Promotion to Premium tier)

An Affiliate who meets both of the following conditions is promoted to the Premium tier and receives the higher commission rate.

  • Cumulative sales of ¥300,000 or more
  • Five or more completed orders in total

We assess promotions monthly, and the new rate applies from the month following the month in which the conditions were met.

Article 5 (Customer coupon)

Customers using an Affiliate's coupon code receive a flat 3% discount across all products. The discount is borne by us and does not affect the Affiliate's commission.

Article 6 (Product changes and withdrawal)

We may add, change, reprice or discontinue products without prior notice. No commission arises on orders for a discontinued product placed on or after the date it was discontinued.

Where product details change — specification, price, images and the like — the Affiliate is obliged to update their own promotional content promptly.

Article 7 (Confirmation and payment of commission)

  • Commission is confirmed after a 30-day qualifying period from the order date. Orders subject to a return, cancellation or chargeback within that period do not qualify for commission.
  • Accounts close at month end and payment is made at the end of the following month.
  • The minimum payout is ¥5,000; amounts below this are carried forward to subsequent months.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer (within Japan) or PayPal (international). Transfer fees are borne by us.

Article 8 (Prohibited conduct)

Affiliates must not do any of the following.

  • Purchasing for oneself using one's own coupon code (self-affiliation)
  • Promoting products using false information or exaggerated claims
  • Spamming, including bulk email and nuisance comments
  • Any act that damages our brand
  • Promotional activity that breaches any law or regulation
  • Improper use of another Affiliate's coupon code
  • Bidding on "BIMMER+" related keywords in paid search advertising, such as Google Ads

Article 9 (Content guidelines)

Please observe the following guidelines when promoting our products.

  • Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly, for example with a label such as "Ad" or "Contains affiliate links"
  • Comply with Japan's Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and any other applicable law
  • You may use the product images we supply, but you must not edit or alter them

Article 10 (Termination and suspension)

We may suspend an Affiliate's account or remove them from the programme in any of the following cases.

  • Breach of these Terms
  • No activity for six months or more
  • Any other circumstance we consider inappropriate

Commission already confirmed but unpaid at the point of suspension is paid as normal.

Article 11 (Intellectual property)

Intellectual property rights in our logo, trademarks, product images and other brand assets belong to us. Affiliates may use the materials we supply solely for the purpose of promoting this programme.

On termination of the programme or suspension of an account, please cease using our trademarks and materials promptly.

Article 12 (Tax responsibility)

Declaring and paying income tax and any other taxes on commission is the Affiliate's own responsibility. We will issue payment records and similar documents where required by law.

Article 13 (Handling fraudulent activity)

Where we suspect commission has been generated improperly — through self-purchase, fictitious orders, improper distribution of coupon codes and the like — we may withhold or cancel payment of the commission concerned. If our investigation confirms the misconduct, we may require repayment of commission already paid.

Article 14 (Disclaimers)

  • We accept no liability for any loss arising from an Affiliate's activities.
  • We reserve the right to change the programme, commission rates, product range and these Terms without prior notice.
  • We accept no liability for lost commission opportunities caused by website downtime, faults or maintenance.
  • This programme does not create any employment, agency or partnership relationship between us and the Affiliate.

Article 15 (Damages)

An Affiliate who breaches these Terms and thereby causes loss to us or to a third party is liable to compensate that loss.

Article 16 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising in connection with them.
