Estimated Delivery Time

After an order is confirmed and payment is completed, delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 weeks.However, delivery may take longer due to overseas sourcing, international transit, customs clearance, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other logistics-related circumstances.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled due to shipping delays alone.

・Once an item has been shipped, cancellations, returns, or refunds due to customer reasons — including incorrect fitment, change of mind, or ordering mistakes — will not be accepted.

・If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery.

・Items reported after 4 days from delivery, or items that show signs of installation or use, are not eligible for support.

・In the case of initial defects or incorrect shipments, return shipping costs will be covered by our store. Please contact us in advance and return the item only according to our instructions.
