BIMMER+ offers aftermarket automotive parts designed for compatibility with BMW vehicles. Due to the nature of these products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for customer preference reasons.

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

・Personal reasons such as change of mind or expectations

・Incorrect orders placed by the customer

・Compatibility issues when fitment was not confirmed prior to purchase

・Delays caused by shipping carriers (delivery times are estimates)

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

・Order number

・Photos/videos of the issue

・Description of the defect

Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

・Item must be unused and in original condition

・All packaging and accessories must be included

・No installation or modification has been attempted

4. Fitment Responsibility

Automotive parts require careful fitment verification. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

5. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, BIMMER+ will cover return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when a replacement product is not available. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
